Your data, such as location, will be shared with Podio since all users and services are related to Podio. Podio acts as the backend of the application.
SMS Permission: The app requests permission to read and watch SMS to auto-fetch One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to the user's phone. While not a core functionality, this feature enhances the user experience by streamlining the authentication process within the app. The OTPs collected are strictly not stored before or after usage. The permission can be revoked by the user through the device's permission settings or by denying permission access when navigating to the login page.
Location Permission: The app requests location permission because users are required to upload images taken from their phones. Proper location details associated with these images may be required for administrative purposes by authorized personnel. This allows the administrative team to automatically read the exact location without manual entry. Revoking location access can be done by canceling the permission prompt when opening the application.
